Hello Fellow Fighters,
I got stay in my 498a case. Petition was filed by my mother.
I'm currently outside of India. Please suggest if its safe to come to India now?
If I visit India, do I need to file any application/appeal in lower court where 498A was running?
Also ex has got ex-parte divorce,which I'm appealing using POA. Please suggest
how should I proceed against this ex-parte order.
