As per given advise to try for injunction, after discussion with lawyer got to know that it is not possible. because it needs direct threat to parents and witness is also required for this.
As of now parents have locked the house and staying separately. But from sources got to know that her plan is big, when she will find home is locked, she will call my parents and when no conclusion through that then she will call police.
Do not know which direction it will go...
How should I stop her for going and staying at my parents home.
If my parents disown me, will it stop her for staying with my parents home. I know it will not help in 498a.
is there any other way to handle the situation better.

Actual thing: she left my home along with all her stuff on 25 may with her father. Came back to Hyderabad on 9 June, started staying separately and joined her job. Now her parents and lawyer are saying her to do this, to make their case strong.
My question is how should we stop this...
1. Will Disowning me by parents help in this matter.
2. Should parents lock the home and shift to any other temporary residence.
3. My mother has already given a very short letter to SP that "(Subject - Jaan mal ki suraksha hetu) my son is harassed by her, girl family is putting very fake and baseless allegations on my son. she and her family can come here to harass us". A local constable has called my mom for this.
Should my mother give more information to constable and ask him to take care when she comes here.
4. Lawyer is saying that get her and her family restricted to come to parents place by filing a petition in ADR at parents jurisdiction. That petition is of 25 pages with all the things since starting, which has reference of all her and her family's wrong doings.
+ve point- Court notice will be issued to her and her family for not coming to my parents home.
-ve point - by this they will get to know that what are the evidences we may have and can plan their petition accordingly. I requested lawyer to make petition very short, but he is not ready for that and saying we have to give complete one on which we will be fighting till end.
5. Please guide if there any other way
Please let me know which one would be the better way to handle this situation.

They are criminal minded, because they are in real estate business. There are some cases on my father in law of Section NIA 138 which I got to know through e-court. Some more land dispute cases on other family members.
I am staying separately in Hyderabad. After marriage wife was at my parent's home only for 1 month and 10 days in year 2013. Afterwards Wife met my parents only for 5 hrs along with her parents in the month of June 2014. Hope by this she will not be able to drag my family members longer in her cases.
I have got CCTV installed at my parent's home as advised by SIF member. I have bought some spy devises as well.
Her father said today that he will pick me from Hyderabad and will take to Rajasthan, if will not come there. I asked him to come and meet here itself.
On any further update and question will post.
