DV punishment is civil in nature , but procedure as per CRPC criminal in nature. You seems get confused . Acused presence required as and when court want. If you can't present , must file examptions.

I believe DV can be speed up too through some speedy trial. Is that right?

Hello Friends,

4 family members falsely implicated in DV case.

DV case without husband can still proceed in the court. Is this correct?

Lawyer is saying since husband in not present we can't proceed DV.

Please clarify.
