Hi all,

Today i received few messages from my wife through WhatsApp.

1. Says I'm really good till i left the previous house --- in Sep 2014.
2. Says i helped her uncle with Rs. 10,000 when he was in trouble and she will get it back

1st message helps me as a proof if she files a DV against me stating any incident before Sep 2014.
2nd message helps me that i'm good in conduct and had been a helping hand to her relatives.

I would like to know how to save these messages with all info like who sent , mobile numbers (from & to), time of msg sent, etc.,

Please let me know if there is any option to save these msgs.

I have proofs recordings and SMS proofs that my wife and her relatives mentally, emotionally harassed me.  Also i filed 3 to 4 petitions with Police on same grounds.  For one of the petition, Police sent a letter to me saying they warned my wife not to do Black Magic and use abusive words against me.

Now, we have 3 months old son and i went once to my sister-in-laws place to take him to hospital.  I got all treatment done for him and all bills are with me.  Same day when my wife fell sick, i took her to same hospital and got the receipt from the hospital.

After this on the same day, they again started playing emotional tricks on me.  Her eldest sister (unmarried) shouts as if i'm not taking care of them (not directly on my face but behind as if she is telling someone else).  Her eldest sister's friend says "I will ask your wife to file a DV case against you and i will collect all evidences against you".  Her 2nd sister simply starts crying with my son on her lap saying "Why dont you take him and get the admission done in hospital?", but she doesnt give the medicine to the kid, just keeps it aside for 15/20 mins.  Her last sister provokes by making faces before me, but doesnt talk.

I'm afraid to go there again for 2 reasons:  1. I may get provoked to an extent that i may loose control and react and theyy take advantage of this.  2. They may file false cases against me.

Fortunately, above 2 things didnt happen last saturday and i came out of there safely after i checked my son's fever when it came back to normal.

I would like to take your advises to file a Criminal Cospiracy petition with Police (not sure under which section) and ask them to file a case in the court of law and conduct all required proceedings against all of them.
