Judge: Where is Child? Where is SHO?
PP: My lord child is present but SHO has sent his subordinate SI.
Judge: Is this some kind of joke mr PP? On last date of hearing this court had ordered the SHO to come present in person to explain reason of non-compliance of order of this court and again the SHO has not come. This is Hicourt. Who is the SHO.
PP: My lord he has been transferred.
Judge: Where he has been transferred? Outside India? Neither he came nor did he replied to the order. Mr PP please convey to the SP sonipat to make sure presence of accused SHO in this court on next date of hearing.
PP: Sir reply has been given by the DSP HQ Sonipat on behalf of all the accused 6 policemen.
Judge: Mr PP these all policemen are private respondents in this Habeas Corpus petition then how come you or the DSP can reply on their behalf. There are serious allegations of snatching of minor child of petitioner and also of tampering with police record. Fresh notice be issued for their individual reply by next date of hearing.

PP: My lord there is no mention in petition about snatching or forgery in the petition.
Judge: Mr Doon (pp) I know you are an aggressive PP and this kind of response is not expected from you and state. It is clearly mentioned in para 46 and annexure 7. Also certified copies of the tapered FIR is attached with this petition. You have come to court just like that.

Our advocate also shows the tampering to PP.
Judge: This is serious matter of tampering with public record and it is clearly established that overwriting is done. This lady (my wife) has clearly mentioned in the DD that "Kal se mera beta bhi UNHI logo ke paas hai" and after snatching the child the complaint has been tampered as " Kal se mera beta bhi HAMHI logo ke paas hai". There is no such word in dictionary. Either she should have mentioned "mere paas" or "hamare paas".
Judge to wife: Are you from UP? You are from Haryana?
Wife: Delhi.
Judge: Even it is not a word of UP language. From the documents it is established that the child was with petitioner and later on child was snatched and then tampering with the public record has been done. Who is the IO of this case? Who was the SHO at that time?
PP: my lord Ramesh.
Judge: This tampering with police record is a serious offence. SP sonipat is hereby ordered to make sure that IO and SHO are present in person on next date of hearing in this court to explain this serious misconduct of doing forgery in police record. Also all the pvt respondents be served with fresh notice. Respindent 10 (wife) will also be present alongwith the abducted child on next date of hearing.
