After she filed complint and on that basis, filling DP3 isnot a good stategy. In the law the portection are there and sc also dismissed such cases.

If cases are in UP can I file the DP3 in my state? or is it needs to be in UP? somehow I want to make them run a bit as this will get them frustrated.4.
