Re: [SaveIndianFamily] DP3 Is it a good strategy? please advise on counter cases.

After she filed complint and on that basis, filling DP3 isnot a good stategy. In the law the portection are there and sc also dismissed such cases.

DP3 is good, before they file any case on you or at the time of marrige from husabnd side.

Friends I need a suggestion regarding DP3 (* if taking dowry is crime then giving is also a crime)

Cases and status: (Cases in UP)

Filed May 2014 - Domestic Violence: Accused- R1 Myself , R2 & R3 – Parents R4 Brother : She has filed Sworn Affidavit with full of lies and contradictory dates. Awaiting next date

Filed May 2014- CRPC 125 : Court decided to go exparte, we have filed an appeal as no summons was served to me. Its in process

FIR & 498/ 406: Accused- R1 Myself , R2 & R3 – Parents R4 Brother. My lawyer has separated the case and represented only my parents & Brother. No summons served to me. Charge sheet filed but no evidences produced by other party. Charge sheet has only parents name and lawyer filing 482. She has also filed an application to impound all of our passports and evoke my visa. I am abroad on work VISA

I come from a different state and not UP.

My Questions are:

1. Is it a correct time to file the counter case?
2. Is DP3 a goo strategy? my aim is to start attacking them slowly. I will be using TEP and RTI for sure as FIL and BIL are govt. employees.
3. If cases are in UP can I file the DP3 in my state? or is it needs to be in UP? somehow I want to make them run a bit as this will get them frustrated.
4. Any other cases I can file at the moment from my state?

Please advise.
