On the date of hearing of my AB informant was made OP earlier but didn't turned up though the Notice was served and court has the proof of delivery of the notice.
The HC Judge gave date after a week for final order but no protection has been given to me.
Infact the Notice from police has been given to my mother by force saying me to appear before court on certain date but as per court record no such order exists.
So I have written a letter to JM Court with a copy to IO requesting for 15 days time.
I have then made IA before the HC which was heard within 48 hrs but no order was passed saying order will be passed at the time of hearing of AB.
Police tried to arrest me from the court recently which I escaped and written letter to all Police higher ups regarding the Home ministry notice and 41a notice which has not been served.
Please advice have I done the above things correctly.

Your service will only be affected if they keep you in custody for more than 48 hours. Even if they arrest you of release you on bail within 48 hours you will not be deemed suspended.
But try to get AB anyways.
