Re: [SaveIndianFamily] DV presence

The question seems , husband will not contest and other will contest to dismiss the dv .
or
The husband cn't be physically present in court for evidence , cross etc ?

Both the situation , case will not stop, it will go further and the evidecne of husabnd will not be considered and will be given adverse order .

it looks advocate want husabnd to present in court, which you denied, so such half informed messages given .

In Dv case if husabnd not able to attend court date , examption to be filed or parmement examption to be filed with promise , as and wehn required by Court he will be present.

Hello Friends,

4 family members falsely implicated in DV case.

DV case without husband can still proceed in the court. Is this correct?

Lawyer is saying since husband in not present we can't proceed DV.

Please clarify.

Thank you.
