Dear fellow fighters
I urgently need advise and help in my HMA divorce case.
Despite my efforts , I am not able to get my truth from my ex. In pursuant of her HMA24 application, The opposite party has been filing frivolous applications like 340 and contempt of court and not allowing the case to reach the cross examination stage. Where as court has examined me u/s 165 of evidence act, she is yet to be examined and this has put me in a disadvantageous postition . I am sure, many lies will be caught which she has mentioned in her various applications and petitions, once court examines her u/s 165 of evidence act, the way court did to me.
My query is , can i file list of my queries to be answered by opposite party in the form of interrogatories under
U/O-11 RULE-1 CPC FOR INTEROOGATORIRES CODE OF CVIL PROCEDURE-APPENDEX C-FORM NO 1.
Can I force her to answer my queries in this way ? Pls help.
