Hi Seniors,
Wife filed 125 case immediately after born of 1st child and mentioned the name of child in petition on her desire. After some time matter is settled she withdraws the cases and we have again started to living together. Now after born of second child (approx. after 4 year) she again file DV case mentioning second child name in petition again on her desire.
Now initially she is demanding admission of both children in school so my query is there is any right to me to give name of my child from my desire or can I legally insist her school name from my desire. Or what will happen if we both not agree with each other name which is suggested by each other. This is only her EGO problem not more than that……..
