498A There are no provisions in law through which engagement of advocate is compulsory. Person may file or defend any case personally without engaging advocate. You may plead case of your relative in court after securing power of attorney from your relative subject to permission of council of 32 of Advocate Act.

Meri wife aur uski chhoti sister dono ne 498a,406 and domestic voilence case kar rakhe hai . dono sisters ka case same judge aur same court mein chal rahe hai. dono sisters ka lawyer bhi ek hi hai .dono case mein IO(investing officer) and witness bhi same hi hai. meri uper chal rahe case ko 1 saal ho gaya .aur meri wife ki bahan ke pati par case ko 1.5 saal ho gaya.
IO ne hume jhoota fasa diya.dono cases mein IO ne jhooti chargesheet bankar hume fasa diya. police byaan aur complaint copy mein byaan alag-alag hai dono cases mein. dono cases mein lagbhag ek hi jaise arrop likhe hai.
Dono sisters maintence lene aati hai court mein aur chali jati hai. judge Rs 2500 and 3000Rs maintenance kar rakha hai.
meine superintendent of police ko rti bhi likhi thi . rti reply aaya ki wife ne jewellary and sridhan items ,cashflow etc ke koi proof nhi submit kareyein hai. aur meri wife ki sister ne bhi apne pati par case kiya huwa hai ,par koi bills vagera IO ko submit nhi kareye. rti reply se jawaab aaya hai . mein apne FIL ki salary details bhi rti se nikal li hai.
1)Kya hume dono families mil kar iss 498 family par koi counter cases kar sakte hai .
2) "dowry giving is also crime" ,kya dono husbands ko milkar apni wife aur uski family par dowry giving ke liye bhi case karna chahiye ya nhi.
2)Court se rti kaise maang sakte , aur kis se maangi padegi rti bataye?
3) Kya IO ki sikayat kar sakte hai ,aur kisse karni hogi ?
