Once the application is accepted by the court, she has to answer the interrogatories. But, she can play the same game she is playing now. Try to get directions from higher court for speedy disposal of the case by highlighting these delay tactics.

Dear fellow fightersI urgently need advise and help in my HMA divorce case.Despite my efforts , I am not able to get my truth from my ex. In pursuant of her HMA24 application, The opposite party has been filing frivolous applications like 340 and contempt of court and not allowing the case to reach the cross examination stage.
