[SaveIndianFamily] Re: DVC closed 3 months back

Thanks All for suggestions.

There should be a statutory limitation for re-appeal or reopen the case? thats why I am asking.

This topic had movement when my Lawyer mentioned he dont want to raise DVC related allegations in 498a case cross examination [dvc and 498a are in the same court and wife was absent during the dvc proceedings and I am sure she still dont know about dvc being closed] now my lawyer says dont disturb DVC as it is already closed. he makes sense but still want to know if there is a statutory limitation or anything of that sort.

regards,

Hi All,

DVC closed 3 months back as wife was absent for more than 10 times...what is the possibility that my wife may re open the case appealing in same/higher courts?

is it even possible ?
