1) I have already asked in front of judge and also in person. She said no in both the instances. In fact, Judge himself asked the same thing to her - she bluntly said NO.

3) No she did not file divorce, I wish she did.... I would have made her queen of psychopath. All I wanted to use provision in 23A of HMA act to seek relief in the form of Divorce under 13(1)(ia & ib) to her Petition under sec 9 of HMA act(RCR).

There are no provisions in law through which engagement of advocate is compulsory. Person may file or defend any case personally without engaging advocate. You may plead case of your relative in court after securing power of attorney from your relative subject to permission of council of 32 of Advocate Act.Disclaimer:- I am NOT a legal expert.
