Sir,
It is my brothers case which start in 2007. still 498a, 125 DV is running.
whole family except me has trapped in the case. I am living outside city so they purposly leave my name.
During framing of charge, may father has been aquitted from 498a, case is in cross exam statestatment of IO is to be record. Some witness statment are yet to be record. however court has asked to record our side statment like mother , brother and others.
Since a long time has lapse in court proceeding, still not finalised, I am worried about my old age parents and brother's life.
I am thinking about counter case.
My father has aquitted from 498a , during framing of charge. can he file some counter case.
Can I file any case?
What counter cases can be filed against her and her father/family.
Pl give your suggestions
