First read her petition. Does she had mentioned her income ? review that first.

Your job to first file the reply by highlighting all hiding facts etc in court.
After your reply there will be argument for interm if she calimed or judge feel so .

When you had filed divorce, you should have collected all the evidences before, than now running form piller to post.

Via RTI you willnot get. Via court first you have to mention her sallary , if she refuse then you can file crpc91 to get the details from her emplyeer and bank statements.

But 90% cases in interm such think will not be happen, and your dealy tactics will not work.

I have Mrs498a salary account details (HDFC). I know she is working and getting paid. But she has filled DV asking ~30L as compensation and 40K as maintenance per month. I didn't go for 1st court date at native and also planning to skip 2nd date as it comes immediate next day of 1st my divorce hearing date in Hyd. 

1) How can I get yearly/quarterly bank statement legally? via RTI or CrPC91? 

2) At what stage Interim Maintenance will be ordered? As she is working with ~50K salary, will Judge still order me to give maintenance money?

3) Please note that I haven't received DV summon yet but Mrs has received my divorce petition notice much before filling her DV. Is it advisable to apply for stay in DV till my divorce petition is closed?

4) FIR is filled for DV and I know 498a is in pipeline. Can I apply for Bail in DV & AB in 498a together for me and my family?

5) Much before this entire war of my divorce petition and her counter false DV/498a, I filled a complaint in local PS about her cruelty of her against me. I just posted RTI to know the status of my complaint. Will it be fruitful to force police to register FIR in Hyd against Mrs. I have supporting witness letter.
