Who is staying in that proeprty ?
Here people unbale to stop from entering thier wife in thier parent home which is not even in her name and in such situaion when the home is in wife name, i afrid waht advice will work.
You have to consider as dead investment . It is better show that as your good intention , let her stay there , at least you willbe saved from some high maint.

Any think you do now, will be considered as economical violence and unclean hands.

I have made all payments of property which is on joint name with my Wife. Her game plan is to acquire this house through Right to Residence in DV. What shall be my strategy to prevent this ?
