fwding previous mail on similar topic for your help
judgements are usually used during argument stage, but u can use their style of writing in your counter.
if something is true, you can accept that and whatever is false you can deny the same
You must add some of your own points, story, or allegations if you will, from your own written story
In the end, state that "for the reasons mentioned above, petitioner's petition should be dismissed with exemplary costs, in the interest of justice and equity".

This is NOT the right way either.
Drafting a petition / reply is simple.
1. Look at the Petition draft of your wife i.e. Margins, Header, Footers etc.
2. Use the same headings and instead of her "Petition" write "Reply" in the Subject.
3. Bring your side of story (facts) in Preliminary Objections. Preliminary Objections is the part of reply which says, why is wife's petition is not maintainable, hence draft it like that.
4. After that, it is para-wise reply which typically starts with, "That, contents of this para are false and frivolous and are vehemently denied." Dont deny marriage, if it is a fact.
5. Reply to Prayer Clause also point wise, if her prayer is point-wise.
6. Add affidavit in the end.
You can get your draft checked by any of Weekly Meeting Counselors and get ready.
Start Drafting, Stop relying.

Dear Comrades,I wanted to understand what are the essential must-have components that a written argument should have to be forceful in itself. Do we need to add references to judgements in written arguments? Do we need to rebutt each and every para of allegation made in the Petition? What should be the process of arriving at the written argument so that the Evidences, Cross-examination statements etc. can be all linked together proving my innocence in the case?.I want the written argument to be another document which will live till it reaches SC, well drafted and crafted, correct and complete with data and proof and citations to make impression with SC judges.Any references, tips in this direction will be really helpful. Looking forward to your support.BTW, my lawyer is against adding reference of judgements in written arguments. Is it right not to? Pls advise.Regards,DVACTor
