My wife forged my signature and I have all the evidences in my hand, even after producing the evidences to police and making repeated application to CP, they accepted my application and also made inquiry and took my statement and also took statement of bank officials who issued unauthorised papers to my wife, they also took statements of my BIL and my Wife.
Although I have prima facie evidence that cognisable offence is committed I also told CP of the area that you need to lodge FIR with in 7 days as per direction of SC but nothing worked they are not taking my FIR rather he replied to me that u need to see the intention also.
Now many ppl suggested me to go and fight in High court to get direction issued to police to lodge FIR and make proper inquiry.
SOLUTION:- BE A LAZY FELLOW. WORK LIKE A LAZY FELLOW. TRY TO WORK LIKE A LAZY MAN. A LAZY MAN FINDS A SHORTEST WAY TO SOLVING A PROBLEM.
The shortest route as per me is:-
- RTI to CP etc etc & just ask ATR i.e., Action Taken Report
- 156(3) r/w 200 IPC application to MM concerned & ask to issue directions to police to lodge FIR
- If wife filed DV/ RCR/ Divorce then challenges it's lego-technical validity
Some lawyer tell we need to make a writ so FIR is taken,
some said we need to file criminal revision application so high court will issue directions for lodgement of FIR and also require the police to file a report with in x no. of days in high court.
I also got suggestion to fight on my own as party in person.
I SUGGEST THE SAME BECAUSE PIP MEANS EVERYTHING IN YOUR OWN HAND. THAT'S THE BEST IF U CAN HANDLE IT.
Can u ppl help me with your suggestions ?
Can u share some format which I can use to file an application in high court specifically for the purpose of lodgement of FIR in case of Cognisable offence.
Can you people also share some relevant case laws which could help in this application?
Some other suggestions are also welcome ..Thanks for the help in advance ...

498A There are no provisions in law through which engagement of advocate is compulsory. Person may file or defend any case personally without engaging advocate. You may plead case of your relative in court after securing power of attorney from your relative subject to permission of council of 32 of Advocate Act.
