Hi,
My pregnant was pregnant when she left my home. She was having 9th
month. She left my home on 26th may 2015. My wife filed case under
section 498A, 406, 323, 420, 315 & 317 on 18th June 2015 (Expected
last date as per records 17th June 2015). My son took birth on 23rd
June 2015. She is claiming that i have beaten her badly on 24th June
2015. In addition to it, I was demanding dowry at that time. but she
is not having evidences of beating. Secondly, new born baby is not
having any problem.
Please help and suggest regarding anticipatory bail. if I produce
following documents in court.
1. I am having evidences of her treatment of all nine month.
2. I am having approval from insurance company
3. I was living in bangalore but I came delhi for her delivery only. I
am having official mail for that.
4. I was having an opportunity to go out of india but i cancelled it
due to her delivery. I am having official mail for that
5. I took approval of 20 days leaves from my office.
In addition to it, I am having following proofs:
1. I have opened six bank account of my wife and having Fixed deposits
in her name. (No joint account).
2. I have also opened locker in her name.(No Joint holder)
3. I filled her Company Secretary course fee after my engagement. I am
having proof of that DD since fees was paid from my account. I am also
having proofs of fees paid from my mother's account later on.
Infact, we are having joint family and my younger brother and his wife
is also living with us in delhi. but my wife registered the case
against me and my parents.
FIR has been registered by police without any investigation. Court
directly gave order to register FIR against me and parents.
How to handle this situation. Please suggest.
