Welcome Brother

My legal wife has filed RCR after 2 years of filing false 498a and DP 3 and 4 case. 
Tell that after filing false 498a How can she live with the same person? Tell her to give in writing that she filed false cases USKE BAAD MAI SOCH K BATAUNGA KI SATH RAHUNGA K NAHI USKE

She also filed Cr.p.c 125 case. She filed RCR after staying separately for more than 8 years.
IF YOU CAN PROVE THESE 8 YEARS THEN SHE CAN NOT WON RCR

I want to seek Divorce under 13(1)(ia and ib) by submitting counter - claim under section 23A of HMA act.
Counter Claim is put by opp party i guess. Did she filed Divorce also? pls clarify otherwise if u are filing divorce then simply put all valid allegations & put all your claims. That's it !!!

Any suggestions will be of great help.

There are no provisions in law through which engagement of advocate is compulsory. Person may file or defend any case personally without engaging advocate. You may plead case of your relative in court after securing power of attorney from your relative subject to permission of council of 32 of Advocate Act.
