  1. In FIR my wife has accused my parents and I of domestic violence (specifically physical and mental torture). If police just after FIR did not conduct any medical examination (no medical record), then I think I can point out such fallacies (others as well) in the FIR/Final Report. My question is what will be the best time to point out these in court?
  2. As I live abroad, the IO hasn't contacted me in any way. No notice or phone call has been served to my parents and I. How can I show this to the court?
  3. If during investigation, the SHO changes the police officer conducting the inquiry, does he/she needs to present both dairies to the court? Also is it mandatory for him/her to give explanation why such a step was taken?
  4. How would I know beforehand that charge sheet has been prepared?

Thank you.

Kumar
