If her maiden name is entirely different then did u challenge that in your WS?

If YES, then (IF I WERE AT YOUR PLACE I WOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN IT IN HER MAIDEN NAME BUT ONLY IN HER MARRIED NAME)

NOTE:- If you have already challenged that technicality then sticking to it migyht give fruits if NOT here then at HC. One might need to goto SC also in exceptional circumstances but of course as per me this is a technicality issue espl if u have challenged it at earliest stage/s

There are no provisions in law through which engagement of advocate is compulsory. Person may file or defend any case personally without engaging advocate. You may plead case of your relative in court after securing power of attorney from your relative subject to permission of council of 32 of Advocate Act.

Dear Friends,

Need some advice..I had some pending interim maintenance to give.It was about Rs 57000.We have come to the stage of cross examination of the applicant.Judge had asked to pay half by next date, which I paid thru cheaque.as the bitch was not present in the court I submitted the same to court in applicant's married name.Applicant collected the same in the last date.Now she doesn't have any bank account in married name and wants me to issue the same in maiden name.I have flatly refused.but my advocate says next time when I come I should bring cheaque book and reissue the cheaque in maiden name.which I don't want to do.pls advice
