Citation can be used in 125/dv as well.
Best is go for mediation and take long dates.
In the meantime prepare urself with evidences.

mamta jaiswal and neeraj agrawal case was u/s 24 HMA. Will they be applicable in CRPC 125 also. Secondly they were heard in HC.
On my understanding, judge will pass interim order after 2 3 dates as soon as i file reply . then case will run for 2-3 years with me paying interim. Family court go on a thumb rule to provide immediate finacial support to wife. They don't wait for cross examination before interim etc.
And i can't go for appeal before that
