Now should i ask judge time to hire an advocate (i.e. delay by another one month) OR fill the vakalatnama tommroow and then advocate ask time to reply.
Advocate saying to fill vakalatnama as it may go ex parte
Secondly advocate saying that your case is with Principal Judge , he will be heard by CJ HC only so Judge will see to it that judgement is given proper.means wife gets her right.

Recently it has been observed that some people/organizations are using resources of SIF network to collect money from new victims in the name of giving advice/help with a sugar coated membership fees/charges etc. We hereby caution all new/old members not to fall in such trap. SIF strongly condemns such activity and cautions everyone, not to pay any money to any one for getting free advice/help.
To reduce the number of emails you get from the group, you can change over to digest mode of email delivery(Which compiles 25 emails into one email, there by reducing the emails per day from this group),or Special notice to do this follow these instructions:
