HelloDo we have anyone in our group who has filed an appeal in Sessions court against the order of interim maintenance by trial court? In my DVC case, judge has given an interim order of 45000 and I am preparing an appeal in Sessions court.I want to understand details like -how much time does it take to get an order in Sessions court?Will the judge put a stay even before releasing the summons to opposite party?Do I need to pay the complete financial liability first before the appeal can be heard.
